Friendship and Support from MIND

These groups are run by MIND. One is for new members to come along for informal chat and mutual support – Tuesday 2-3.30 pm at the Lairgate Hotel

and an Independent Thursday group at 65 Keldgate for social contact, support, and recreational activities 1-4pm.
