Futures Assessment Centre.
OUR AIMS
We operate across two buildings, Westbourne House and Dock House supporting up to 80 service users. We are a direct access service, with a 10:30pm curfew in place to enable us to monitor our services users welfare effectively, with staff on hand 24 hours a day to offer support. Our service users come from a variety of backgrounds, the common factor is when they arrive on our doorstep, they are homeless.
The Futures service exists to support people from the streets, providing a roof over their head and intense support with their personal issues that may have led to homelessness. The end goal is for the service user to go on to live independently with success. In short, we support people to enable brighter futures.
