What is Goole parkrun?

It is a 5km run – it’s you against the clock.

When is it?

Every Saturday at 9:00am.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing – it’s free! but please register before your first run.

Junior park runs are 2km and are specifically for 4-14 year olds
