HIITSTEP is a new challenging 30 minute HIIT exercise using only your body weight and a step. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have worked with Team GB. If you want to get seriously fit, this class is for you!
- Session Times: Wednesday’s: 1st session: 7pm – 7:45pm, 2nd session 7:45pm – 8:30pm and Saturday mornings 9am – 9:30am
