HORNSEA SAILING CLUB
Hornsea Mere is Yorkshire’s largest natural lake.
With a maximum depth of only 2.5 metres it is an ideal lake for beginner sailors.
The club can offer the opportunity for beginners to learn to sail with experienced members of the club. The club also offers a variety of membership options to suit different requirements.
IF THE CLUB DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH VOLUNTEERS, THEY WON’T BE SAILING.
We are only allowed Sailing boats, Rowing boats and Powered Safety boats on the Mere.
Please remember the gates to the mere are only open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The club has no connection to the café or rowing boats.
