Lifeline – stay safe, stay independent The Lifeline service provides a home safety system, so you can life independently in your own home, knowing help is available at the touch of a button. The Lifeline service is available to anyone of any age who wants to feel safe, reassured and more independent in their own home. If you fall, feel unwell or unsafe, or are worried by callers or strangers at your door, you can call for help simply by pressing the button you wear on your wrist or around your neck, no matter where you are in your home. We would install a Lifeline unit in your home and provide a pendant to wear. When you press the button, you will be connected to a 24 hour monitoring centre, so we can take appropriate action by contacting a family member, friend or neighbour. A community responder or emergency services could be sent depending on the help that you need.
