Sutton Upon Derwent is a well maintained well equiped venue, with its large Hall, 2 meeting rooms, fully equppided kitchen it is the ideal location for meetings, Parties and celebrations, Wedding receptions etc. It has a good car park and is only 7 miles from the centre of York.

Availability: Main Hall is available for Hire during the day depending on existing users and on some evenings again depending on regular users. All days are available during school holidays The main hall and all facilities are available most weekends Two meeting rooms are generally available most days and evenings

Hire Costs: The main Hall which includes use of all furniture, kitchen , stage etc is around £80 for an event finishing at 10.30, afternoons around £30, childrens birthday parties £25 Meeting rooms around £35. Hourly rates are also available from the booking secreatary
