T’ai chi – Brough

Brough Methodist Church – T’ai Chi is accessible to all ages and physical abilities and can be practised on many levels, from a simple ‘meditative’ exercise to a realistic martial art. This group is run on a Wednesday evening 6.15 – 7.15pm.
